The protocols described below are to be used by those who are manually
collecting and processing data pertaining to hydrology such as rainfall,
water level, stream discharge and sediment data in the Sediment Monitoring
Stations. There are various protocols that have been adopted and they
have to be followed strictly in a standardized manner. These protocols
describe in details the data procedures and the data processing steps
that are applicable to the local conditions. With this unified data presentation
form being used, the compilation and analysis of the data would be much
easier and efficient.
